UWFA Executive Retreat

The UWFA Executive Retreat was a huge success! Held at the Fort Garry Place on June 13, 2008, board members spent the day discussing and brainstorming issues that are facing UWFA and all Faculty Associations across the country. Break-out Sessions covered many topics, including faculty governance, relations with external groups/unions and Preparation for upcoming bargaining! Brenda-Austin Smith, President, UMFA came to give a very interesting talk on Privatization issues facing the U of M. Thanks Brenda!

Look for some more details in the near future!
